We are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager.
You will be responsible for resolving and managing after-sales service disputes.
📦 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- After-Sales Service Dispute Management: investigate, analyze, and resolve disputes related to orders and transport.
- Indicator Monitoring: complete and analyze the dispute allocation statistics table, ensure budget tracking, and share results in weekly meetings.
- Customer Relations: respond to customer emails and tickets, gather their complaints and specific requests, propose suitable solutions, and be proactive in suggesting improvements.
- Incoming Calls: manage calls via the switchboard and efficiently direct inquiries.
- Quality Analysis: contribute to the continuous improvement of our after-sales service processes.
- Additional Support: provide backup for returns and assist platform teams during periods of increased activity.

Location: 28-30 Boulevard Gaston Birgé in ANGERS.
Contract Start Date: October 2025
Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Working Hours: Daytime and on-site work
Compensation: based on your experience + quarterly bonus + profit-sharing bonus
